Terms of service
By registering an account, purchasing a usage package, creating an API key, calling APIs, or using this service, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Service Description, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Supported Countries and Regions notice, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable third-party checkout platform terms.
Acceptance
By registering an account, purchasing a usage package, creating an API key, calling APIs, or using this service, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Service Description, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Supported Countries and Regions notice, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable third-party checkout platform terms.
Compliance commitment
Users commit that their registration, purchase, API calls, integrations, and any external service provision comply with local laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, model provider policies, payment channel rules, and related platform rules.
Mainland China restrictions
This service is available only to eligible users who comply with local laws and platform rules. Users who use this service for internal systems, client projects, or other business scenarios should independently confirm whether they need ICP filings, value-added telecom licenses, generative AI service filings, security assessments, data compliance approvals, or other regulatory requirements.
Credit attributes
Usage credits are only used to offset API calls, token usage, tool calls, or other displayed service fees under this service. Usage credits are not a bank deposit, security, investment product, wealth management product, stored-value tool, electronic money, or any financial product promising returns.
Pricing and billing
Prices, models, billing multipliers, available channels, and features may be adjusted based on upstream costs, model provider policies, network conditions, or platform operation needs. Actual charges are based on system records.
Prohibited use and enforcement
Users must not use this service for regulatory circumvention, bypassing platform limits, unauthorized external service provision, bulk abuse, fraud, phishing, illegal content generation, attacks, or other high-risk purposes. We may limit, suspend, freeze unused usage credits, manually review, or terminate suspected violating accounts, API keys, requests, or orders.
Availability and third-party dependencies
If upstream services, networks, third-party payments, model provider policies, regional restrictions, or force majeure cause latency, interruption, failure, rate limits, or unavailability, the platform will handle the issue within a reasonable scope but does not promise that the service will be permanent, continuous, error-free, or fully suitable for users' specific purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruptions, data loss, third-party service failures, user configuration errors, or losses caused by users' improper use.
Third-party checkout platforms
Orders completed through a third-party checkout platform are subject to the corresponding platform's terms, workflow, and review results for payment, tax, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. If an order is processed by a third-party Merchant of Record, that platform handles payment, refund, and chargeback matters for that order; this platform only helps verify accounts, orders, and unused usage credits.
Governing law and disputes
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be handled under applicable law and by a competent dispute-resolution authority. Orders completed through a third-party checkout platform are separately governed by the corresponding platform's payment, refund, and dispute terms.
Terms updates
The platform may update these terms based on business, compliance, payment channel, or upstream service changes. Updated terms take effect after being published on the website. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
